OT JACOBS OIL INVINCIBLE. (^ "To the Editor of the ' Queenslauder.' " Dear Sir,— l wish to add my testimony to tho efficacy of the great German remedy, St Jacobs Oil. Your columns have contained, from time to time, expressions of gratitude from peoplo of known respectability, ami, having satisfied myself of the genuineness of the cures effected, I obtained a bottle, scarcely hoping it would succeed in relieviug me. For the past seven months I have suffered severely from a painful attack of sciatica, which, in spite of the most able treatment on the part of my u:edical adviser, continued to hold its own in my system. My sleep at last began to be affected, and my whole Bystem very much reduced. The most careful treatment failed to give me relief, aud I then applied nearly every advertised remedy. The t-ciatica was principally located in my left thigh, and tho pain at times was most escruciatiug. In spite of the most thorough application, aud the greatest care nnd attention ou my part, I obtained no appreciable relief, and at last, as a forlorn hope, 1 determine! to apply St Jacobs Oil, aud from that time the pain beg.vn to diminish. My sleep soon returned,, aud each application afforded me relief. At first I regarded the cessation from pain as only a temporary one, scarcely daring to hope that the cure was complete ; but I have gratefully to acknowledge Hint I am now fre<.» from paiu— iu fact, a man again. 1 must, confess I tried the Oil in absolute -dcsp'iir. 1 hid had no sleep for three or four nights previously, and my system was vevy low. The success, however, is complete, and I ngain tnuder my grateful itcloiowledgnieuti to the proprietors of the oil, and shall ever continue to recommend it to every sufferer who comvs within rango of my influence.
