By consent of Messrs Harper and Meares this matter was postponed. j probates, &c. ! Re Robert Macfarlane, deceased. —Mr ; •■Martin obtained an order for letters of administration to Mary Wilson Macfarlane, and for the approval of Thomas Wilson Begg and William Eckersley as sureties. Re Sarah Ward, deceased. — Mr Meares obtained an order for probate to Joseph Frederick Ward, the executor named. Re Richard King, deceased. — Mr Martin obtained an order granting letters of administration herein. CROWN BREWERY COMPANY V. BUCKLEY AND ANOTHER. Return to summons of August 18, calling on plaintiffs to discover certain documents. Mr Austin (for defendants) appeared in support of the summons. Mr Joynt appeared on the other side, and opposed the application, as he believed the application waß made for the purpose i of delay. j Mr Austin had no such intention. The i action would be ready for trial at the earliest possible date. I His Honor mado the order as prayed as to discovery of documents, but not as to j extension of time to plead; co3ts to be ; costs in the cause. j
