The latest betting on. the Metropolitan is as follows : — Wallangra, 5 to 1 ; Hastings, 6to 1 ; Off Colour, 8 to 1 ; Malua, 9 to 1. For the Derby, Bargo is first favourite at 7 to 4. A sculling match has been arranged between Hanlan and Clifford to take place within five months, the stakes to be ,£SOO a-side. MELBOURNE, August 29. Judgment, in the equity suit Bell v. Clarke, has been delivered. The decision of the Court is generally favourable to the plaintiff.
