[Rbutkb'b Telegrams.] LBeoelved Not. 21, at 11.20 a.m.] ALEXANDRIA, Not. 20. News has been received here from the Soudan which has given currency to the report that the Egyptian forces under Hicks Pasha, operating against the followers of El Mahdi, the false prophet, are Bhort of provisions and surrounded by the enemy. The position of the Egyptian troops is said to be critical. BELGRADE, Nov. 20. Three leaders of the recent rebellion in this country, who were condemned to death, have been shot.
