LAW EXAMINATIONS.

Messrs T. S. Weston, of Christohurch, and Allan Holmes, of Dunedin, to whom has been entrusted the examination of students for admission as barristers and solioitors, have reoommended for passes the following gentlemen:-— Messrs Izard Messrs Galloway Watt Crawford Hay Pirani Napier Hanna M'Gregor Fitzgerald Kippenberger Moore Halliwell Meatyard Adams Atkinson Treadwell Palmer Raymond Joel Morrison Wilkinson Oaygill Bloomfield Finoh Moyniban Oarruth Helmore Widdowson Beswiok Harman Calvert Buohanan Henderson Miars Boss Biohmond Burcett Lynch Finn The examiners have not as yet awarded the Ohristohuroh gold medals and certificates of merit, although we believe there are a few sets of exoellent papers undor their careful consideration. We understand that no less than 59 men presented themselves for examination.
