(SPBOIAT, TO THB " STAE.") KAIAPOI, Kay 7. The case of li>" Mayor of Kaiapoi against Councillor Fraser, for using abunivo and disorderly languago a'; a meeting of tho Borough. Council on April 15, was heard this morning and dismissed with a caution. Mr Pcriier, the Magistrate, said that Councillors must obsy their Mayors, and he erpre?sod the hope that the affairs of tho Borough having now como to a crisis would resume aomething liko a moderate tone.
