After hearing the evidence of Captain Fopham, and the chief and second officers, the Bench dismissed the case, allowing solicitor's fee, and osniuring the oaptain for his
oonduot in plaoing the man in irons. Mr Balder appeared for defendant. Bathing in a Pubmo Piaob.— Three lads, named Berry, Northey, and Beaumont, were oharged with bathing within view of a public plaoe. The Benoh oautioned them and dismissed the case.
