Railway Accident Victims.
[Reoeived Deo. 5, at 12 55 a.m.] LONDON, Dec. 5. Ifc is announced that Mr F. Napier Broome, C.M.G., Lieut.- Governor of the Mauritius, has been appointed to succeed Sir William Robinson as Governor of Western Australia. The British Government has recommended General Sir William Evelyn Wood to the Egyptian Government for the appointment of Commander-in-Chief of the Egyptian Army.
