The health of the British troops now stationed in Egypt is at the present time far from satisfactory. Fever in various forms is exceedingly prevalent in the ranks, and the number of men on the sick list is daily increasing. LONDON, Nov. 7. It is officially announced that Sir Garnet Wolseley has been raised to the peerage of Great Britain, under the title of Baron Wolseley of Cairo.
