It was pointed out that peraons ao offending wero liablo to a fine of £10, or two montbs' hard labour ; whilst power waa, under tho provisions of tho Public Works Act, given to any of the railway ofc'cials to urrest anyone for drunkennesn or diaorderly conduct on any train, or part of the railway premises.
