A fatal accident happened last night through tho capsizing of a cab which collided with a heap of earth from a drain, which had not been removed. The fore part of the cab was completely wrecked. A boy 12 years old, named Charles M'Laughlin, who wag seated on tho box, had his skull smashod, and died in the hospital this morning. The cabman was severely bruised, and tho inside pas« songors, Father Waltor, Father Garavol (Catholic priosts), and Patrick Darby, sust«ined bruises. As no light was fixed to tho mound of earth, as provided by the by-laws, the contractor will probably bo sued for damages.
