♦ [Reoteii'h Telegrams.] MELBOURNE,. Jtjne 7. The Postmaster- General has issued a circular despatch to the Governments of other Oolonies, urging them to join iu the Postal- Convention. The despatch further suggests that the Oolonies should contribute towards possible loss on oceanic services*. The over-land line between Adelaide and Port Darwin is interrupted.
