/A revolution is going forward in the principal cities of Mexico. The whole Country is in a slate of anardky.
, Don Candido Barers, the president of Paraguay, has been deposed with a view to remodel the constitution.
1 A despatch has been received in the matter of the Embassy from t&e Secretary of State for the Colonies, which says Sir M. Hicks Beach has not yet seen any suggested scheme of reform which will secure finality in legislation. He hopes no desire will be manifested to confer a complete practical supremacy upon the Assembly. He credits both Houses with reasonable desires, and expects both to assist in a solution of the difficulty. These are points which were omitted in the Ministerial summary of the Under-Miniater for the Colonies' despatch.
