MELBOURNE.
June 18. The Victorian Parliament will probably meet on July 14. Mr Berry's apparent intention is. to start the ses-. sion with the Estimates and a Reform Bill for rejection by the Legislative Council, to be followed by a re-appeal to the Home Government.
Eight hundred of the Melbourne unemployed have already signed a petition to Mr Berry, asking for work.
The Kelly sympathisers purchased from a Melbourne gunmaker 400 rounds of ammunition, suitable for a Spencer rifle, similar to the one the Kellys secured at the time of the Mansfield police murder. It is reported that they faave succeeded in eluding the police.
