ESTATES OOMMITTBE. " The Committee recommends the Board to accept the tender of L. F. Dawson for Jeasiug five sections in Geraldine for 21 years."

COLLEGE COMMITTEE. "The Committee recommends tho Board to authorise the Chairman to affix the seal to Greig and Hunter's contract for building the Boyß* High School, tho contract price being £8889 8s 6d."

LIBRARY COMMITTEE. " 1. The Committee recommends the Board to authorise the C>mmittee to havo a catalogue of tho reforenco and circulating libraries printod. "That Clauses 3 and 5, in Regulation?, be altered as follows: — To omit all the words from ' one ' in the first lino to ' but ' in the third, and to substitute tho following words •. —

' 2. Book or three volumes of any work and no more at the samo time, except that all the volumes of a novel may be borrowed afc fche same time.'

'Clause V.— To omit fche word 'Threepence ' in the third line, and substitute the word 'Twopence.' "3.
