Greafc dissatisfaction exists here for the want of information re the New Zealand Riflo Association meeting at Nelson. No prize list has been published. Tho Stewart family opened at the Theatre Royal lasfc night to a splendid house, and great enthusiasm was expressed at fche performance.
The Hawkes' Bay Rifle Association prize firing was completed yesterday morning. M. N. Mackintosh, of the Napier Volunteer Engineers, was tho highest aggregate scorer, making 157 points out of 51 shots. He be-
comes^ fche winner of a valuable clock and several money prizes. >.
