. MELBOUENE, Jan. 14. / Mr Woods, Commissioner of Bailways, has [received a medal and diploma of honour from a Society in Naples, for his improved .railway brake. Richardson, the Collector of Customs at Belfast, has pleaded guilty of embezzlement to the extent of £2000. Kellys are reported to have been seen 'on Friday on the Lachlan. They had four fine horses and a pack horse. When noticed they broke camp and rode rapidly away, abandoning the pack horse, which was knocked up. Two troopers and three black trackers procured revolving rifles from a neighbouring i station and pursued on Saturday. The Urackers have not since been heard of.
