'■ Dbunkbnnebb. •— An inebriate who had not been previously oonvioted, was fined. 5s Patriok M'Gil)', who was oharged with being drunk whilst in ohargo of a horso, was fined 10s. Vagrancy.— John Williams, a blaok man, was oharged with vagrancy. Tho defendant was found yesterday by tho oonstablo lying in Grey's swamp. It appoarod also fchat ho had been in the* habit, of ; bogging and annoying persons at Coshmero, ahd in tho Linooln road, and was at timos vory violonfc in his, oonduot. As the defendant; was somowhat wild in his mannor ho was remanded unfcil to-morrow for modioal examination.
