(Before W. Donald, Esq., R.M.) DBUNKENNEBS— James Williams, a soaman belonging to the ship Oity of Dublin, arrostod by Oonatablo Daley, was brought up oharged with being drunk and breaking a square of glass in the window of Messrs Radoliffe and Field, London stroet. The Bonoh ordored the aooused to pay 20s, the amount of damage done.— Goorgo Olliver, also arrested by Constable Daloy, was oharged with being drunk, and behaving himself in a disorderly manner. The Bonoh dismissed the aooused with a caution.
DOTNKBNNEBB, VAGBANOY, AND INSUITING A Constable- Jamos Daloy, arrested by Constablo Devino, waß brought up oharged with thiß offence. Aftor hearing tho evidenoe, tho Benoh fined aooused lOs for tho insult to tho constable, or, in default, nintysix hours' imprisonment witli hard labour.
