Mr Bamford said tho infant, or minor, who was mnoteen years of age, had given his oonsonttothe proposed reduction of the bond. His Honor granted the application on tho understanding that affidavits were filed prior to the next sitting in Chamber, showing that tho minor had given his oonsent to the application. In bb James R.
