DISTRICT PRIZES.
The firing for tbe Distriot Prizes was commenced by the Cavalry, yesterday. An unsteady wind rendered good shooting diffloult, and tho sooros wore consequently not so good as might have boen expeoted. Tho Artillery boing armed with a similar weapon to the Cavalry, have to compote in tbe same olass, and will firo today. The conditions are seven shots at eaoh ranged standing at the first, and any position at the other two. The scores mftdA by the Oavalrvare appended.
