Tailhaud, Miniater of Justice; Admiral Montaigne, Miniater of Marine, Princo Efohcnlolie, Ambassador from Germany, presented his credentials to President M'Mahon, and amicable assurances were ex. changed. Owing to the failure of M. Goulard to form a ministry, President M'Mahon completed tho liat as already telegraphed. The new Cabinet is essentially of a business character. They will prepare constitutional laws, leaving to tho Assembly the question of the transmission of Presidential powers. Tho recent crisis is expected to haston tho dissolution of fcho Assembly.
