♦ Tuesday, Maech 24. (Before his Honor Mr Justice Qresson.) BE NEIL M'PHEE. Mr Joynfc applied for an order fixing ths date of last examination and discharge. His Honor fixed the last examination for Thursday, May 7. BE JOHN PITJNKETT, DECEASED. On the application of Mr Joynt, his Honor granted probate to Jane Plunkett, widow and Bole executrix. BE CHBISTOPHER HOBSMAN, AN IXFANT. Mr Joynt applied for an order appointing Harriet Horsman, of Christchurch, widow, infant guardian of the person and estates of the said infant. The application was ordered to stand over until the 31st instant, for a supplemental affidaTit as to value of property, &c. BE MATTHEW "WELSH. On the application of Mr Joynfc, for Mr Thomas, his Honor made an order of adjudication and meeting of creditors ; creditors to meet on Wednesday, Api'il 1, at 12 o'clock noon. BE JAMES M'CONNELL. Mr Joynt applied for an order of adjudicaion and meeting of creditors. His Honor made the order, and fixed the meeting of creditors for the Ist April, at one o'clock.
