TO THE ELECTOES OS THE PAPANUI DISTRICT. f*\ ENTLEMEN,— Having received a large \JT requisition from the Electors asking me to represent them in the Provincial Council, aS\ have now plenty of time upon my hauds, I am happy to comply with their request, and, rfiomld you elect me, I will do my best to servo you. I shall be pleased to address the Electors upon two occasions — one at Papanui and one atßingsland. It is not my intention to follow upon the fbotstopß of the other candidates' meetings, but they can do so upon mine if they like. This is my maiden entrance upon politics publicly, yet I have been mixed up indirectly ■with them, and, if elected, will serve you faithfully. I remain, Gentlemen, Your obedient servant, GEOKGE ORAM.
