OHRISTOHUROH. This Dat. (Before 0. O. Bowen, R.M.) Drunk and Disorderly.— ■ William Jones, arrested by Constable Haddrell, was fined 20s. Drunkenness and Indecent Exposure. — William Hutton, arrested by Constable Hughes, was fined 40s. Larceny of Apples. — George Osborne was brought up in custody, oharged with an offence of this nature, but on the application of Mr Wynn Williams' chief clerk, the case was adjourned until Tuesday morning. His Worship agreed to accept bui for prisoner's appearance, in one surety of £50. Neglected Children. — The adjourned case, concerning the children of Mrs Fitzgerald, keeper of a brothel, waß again called. Mrs Fitzgerald, in reply to the Bench, said she had made no arrangements for maintain ing her children away from the brothel, and his Worship informed her that he would further adjourn the case until Friday, when, if she had not made some arrangement, he would order the ohildren to be sent to the Industrial sohool.
