NISI PRIUS. Thursday, Nov. 21. (Before Mr Justice Gresson and a Special Jury.) The Court re-opened at 11 o'clock, when the ihearing of the case Lee v. Brown and another was resumed. Mr Garrick addressed the jury on behalf of the defendants. -Mr Williams replied on behalf of the plaintiff, and his Honor having summed up, the jury returned a verdict ior tho plaintiff on all tho issues — dainajres. £850. The Court; then adjourned sine die.
