CHRISTCHURCH ARTILLERY.
*& : — Yesterday the second competition for Mr Vincent's medals by members of the Christchurch battery of artillery took place at the Heathcote Valley range. The conditions originally fixed wore that three competitions bo held, and the highest aggregate scorers in the three should be declared winners of the medals. Five shots wero allowed at each range, wifch Hythe position at the first, and any position at the remaining ranges. Appended are the scores mado yesterday, and the aggregate scores of those men who have • fired in i both competitions) showing their relative chances thus far of winning the medals : —
