CERTIFICATES OF TITLE ARE ABSOLUTELY INDEFEASIBLE. Under the old system of conveyancing if a single deed is lost, the title is in Hiany cases rendered labsolutely defective, and therefore 'unmarketable, while in otkers it can only be rectified at great cost.
