It is supposed that lie fell off the wharf last night when it was blowing furiously. Arrived — "Wellington, from Lyttelton. Keera, from Napier. GttEYMOTJTII, Nov. 11. Great disappointment is felt at the ■withdrawal of the Annexation Bill. If the railway to the coalpits is not immediately commenced, a local company will again make offers to the Government. Port Chalmers, Nov. 12. Arrived — 5a.m., Taranaki, from Lyttelton.
