ARRIVEB. Oct. 24— W. S. Munday, schooner, 27 tons, Hay, from Havelock. Oct. 24 —Wild Wave, schooner, O'Brien, from Greymouth. Oct. 24 —Annie, ketch, 14 tons, Clark, from Kaiapoi. Oct. 24 —Maggie, brig, 191 tons, Arnold, from Dunedin, in ballast. IMPORTS. In the W. S. Munday, Master, agent: 2?,000 feet timber, Order. In the Annie, Woledge and Co., agents: 19 casks tallow, 40 cases do, Miles and Co; 24 cases tallow, Dalgety and Co ; 2 tons potatoes, Order.
The schooner W. S. Munday arrived in harbour yesterday, from Havelock. She brings a cargo of timber, consigned to Mr Brown. The schooner Wild Wave arrived in harbour yesterday, from Greymouth. 'J hr brig Maggie, Captain Arnold, arrived in harbour this morning, from Dunedin. Left Port Chalmers on Wednesday last ; had a good run to within 20 miles of the Peninsula, thence had light N.W. winds to arrival off Pigeon Bay. When off Port Levy yesterday morning encountered a terrific southerly buster; had to let go everything, and come to an anchor with both anchors down.
