The s.s. Phoebe, Capt. Worsp, arrived in harbour yesterday at 6.45 a.m. from "Wellington and Northern ports. She crossed the Onehunga bar at 5.20 p.m. on the 19th, and arrived at Taranaki at 9.10 a.m. on the 20th; left at 12.10 noon, and arrived off the Boulder Bank, Nelson, at 6 a.m. on the 2lst; left again at 5.20 p.m. same day, and arrived at Picfcon wharf at 4.40 a.m. on the 22nd; left at 5.55 a.m., and arrived at Wellington Heads at 10.40 a.m. on the 22nd; left at 12.55 p.m. on the 24th, arriving as above. Experienced a succession of S.E. gales to Wellington, thence light variable winds and heavy S.E. swell with fine weather. We are indebted to Mr Monkman, Purser, for files. The Phoebe sailed for Dunedin at 1 1 o'clock yesterday.
