Late Lettera for Westland bearing the late fee of 6d. in Postage Stamps, may be posted till 6.30 a.m., on Tuesday and Friday mornings, and Late Letters for South Road similarly stamped, may be posted till 5.30. a.m., on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday. Persons posting Late Letters, are requested to be careful in placing them in Letter-box specially provided for such Letters. BOAT HIRE. During stormy weather, of which notice will be given by hoisting a Ball, painted red, on a staff near the usual landing plaoe, Four shillings each passenger may be charged to and from the steamers, provided the boat is manned by two hands
