<e> Mb Heller. — The Canterbury Music Hull was densely packed last night, and Monday's programme was repeated with conspicuous success. It is much superior to the first submitted, and will be produced to-night for the last time. J^Accident. — A seaman on board the ship Ramsay, named Spencer, met with a serious accident yesterday. He was on the lower maintopsail yard and missed his hold and fell on to the deck. He was brought on shore and examined by Dr Campbell, who states that although no bones were broken, the spine was seriously injured. The sufferer was sent through to the Christchurch hospital. Licensed Victuallers' Association. — A meting of the committee appointed at a general meeting was held at the Criterion Hotel, at 4 o'clock yesterday afternoon, to transact business in connection with the annual performances. The reports of the committee and custodian were brought up and read. Mr R. Messrs Digby and Vigors were elected members of the club. It was moved and unanimously agreed to, that his Honor the .fuperintendent should be requested to act as president of the club for the ensuing year. Messrs E. Richardson, J. Ollivier, and H. H. Mr Hoare was unanimously reelected Commodore, and Mr J. O. Gilchrist Vice-Commodore. Mr R. Allen was unanimously reelected Treasurer, and Mr Walter Ollivier was elected Secretary. A vote of thanks was carried to the late Secretary, Mr A. Graham. Mr Glassford was unanimously re-elected as Custodian, to whom a vote of thanks for past services was returned.
