She sails on her return trip to-morrow. The s.s. Lord Ashley, Capt Andrews, arrived in harbour this morning from Wellington aud Northern ports. She left Wellington at 2.15 p.m. on the 7th ; had smooth water and light breeze best part of the passage ; entered Lyttelton Heads at 7.45 a.m., and anchored at 8.15 a.m.; had an excellent run from Auckland, calling at Tauranga, and leaving Aucklaud on Sept. 2. We are indebted to Purser Adams, who has joined this vessel, for full files. The Lord Ashley sailed for Duuedin this day. TELEGRAMS. Kelson. — Sept. 8, early, Gothenburg from Wellington.
