Sib, — Will you kindly oblige the unemployed working men by inserting the following letter from the chairman of their committee to myself on resigning his office ; and by also allowing me to ask them, through your columns, to meet at their office on Monday, 22nd inst., at 10 a.m., in order to choose another chairman in the room of Mr McPherson ?
