The Phoebe sailed for Northern Ports this afternoon. The s.B. Taranaki,Captain Wheeler, arrived in harbour yesterday afternoon at half-past 5 o'clock from Dunedin, haying cleared Otago Heads at 9.30 p.m. on Saturday; experienced fine' weather daring the passage. Beautiful Star arrived in harbour yesterday afternoon at half-past 5 o'clock from Dunedin, via intermediate ports, having left Dunedin wharf at 4 a.m. on Friday; arrived at Oamaru at noon the same day, and sailed at 10 a.m. on Saturday, arriving at Timaru at 3 15 p.m. same day; left again at midnight, and arrived at Akaroa at 10.30 a.m. yesterday (Sunday); left at noon, arrivipg at Lyttelton as above, having experienced light winds throughout the passage. As will be seen, the Glenmark, which sailed on the same day as the Zealandia, has made the quickest passage:—Hydaspes—left Lyttelton, Jan. 29, arrived home on May 13—105 days; Lord Raglan, left on Feb. 8, arrived on May 22 —104 days; England, left F«b. 20, arrived on May 31—101 days; Zealandia, left March 10, arrived June 9 —92 days; Glenmark, left March 10, arrived June 3—86 days.
