The Lord Ashley, Capt Andrews, arrived in harbour yesterday afternoon at half -past 4 o'clock, from Wellington. Her southern cargo was transhipped into the s.s. Airedale. The Lord Ashley will load produce for the North. The s.s. Maori, Capt Malcolm, arrived in harbour yesterday at 2.30 p.m. from Dunedin, Via intermediate ports, having left Port Chalmers on Monday at 8 p.m., and arrived off Timaru at 6 a.m. next day; left again at 1 p.m., and arrived at Akaroa yesterday at 9 a.m.; left again afc 10.45 a.m., arriving as above ; experienced fine weather during the passage.
