LYTTELTON.
(Before W. Donald, Esq., R.M.) Vagranct.— Henry M'Farlane, alias Henwood, charged with this offence yesterday, and who was remanded until this day fpr additional evidence, was sentenced to two months' imprisonment under the Vagrant Act, as it was. fully proved that he had no visible means of subsistence.
