♦ CHRISTCHURCH. This Day. (Before C. C. Bowen, Esg^R-M.) Dbtwenkbss .—Alexander Walker, arrested • by Constable Thoreau, was brougrht up on a charge of having been drunk and incapable; last night, but being his first offence, he was' discharged with a caution. — John Blakely, an old man, also in the custody of Constable - Thoreau, was brought up for haying been drunk and indecently exposed himself in a> public thoroughfare. It was hie thirteenth offence, and a flue of 40s, or, in default, one week's imprisonment was imposed. ,-.
