ARRIVAL OF THE SHIP RAMSAY.

The ship Ramsay, Captain Hunt, arrived and anchored 10 miles outside the heads last night. The pilot boarded her at 8 o'clock, and found all well. During the passage an unfortunate accident occurred, resulting in the loss of one of the immigrants. It appears that during the rolliug of the ship he was caught by the staysail-sheet and tripped overboard. The vessel was under full sail, and before she could be brought to, the man had disappeared. There had been no sickness during the passage. The vessel was still at. anchor when our express left. The agents had engaged the s.s. Gazelle to go down and tow her up.
