This Dat. (Before C. C. Bowen, Esq., R.M). Drunkenness. — Robert Thompson, a previous offender, admitted having been drunk and incapable yesterday, was dined 20. Assault. — Henry Ireland Macartby was summoned for having violently assaulted William Northcote, but the plaintiff not appearing, the case was dismissed.
