Drunkenness. — Mary Ann Kirkwood, an habitual drunkard, no less than pine previous convictions being on record against her, was sentenced to three months' imprisonment, with hard labour, for having been drunk and disorderly and using obscene language yesterday. crviL cases. Hawkes and Strouts v. Wm. Graham, £1 2s 6d. Same v. J. Davidson, £1 16 b 6d. Geocge Bull v. Thomas Main, £2 10s 9d. John Hart t. John Lane. The Press Company v. Wm. Dunn, £\ ss. A. J. Raphael y. Chas. Oswald, £9 15s. Sheppard and Co. t. Joseph Exall, £l. Judgments for plaintiffs with costs. Richard W. Fereday v. John Downie, j£l 17s. Judgment summons; amount ordered to be paid at the rate of 10s per week, or, in default, one month's imprisonment. Rev. J. W. Hodgson v. same, £3 8b 6d. Amount to be paid at the rate of 10s per week, commencing from the date of final payment in the previous case ; or, in default,, one month's imprisonment. John Emerson v. Thos.
