CRIMINAL CALENDAR.
The quarterly sittings of the Supreme Court will commence to-morrow morning, at 11 o'clock. The following is a list of the cases for trial :— Eegina v. Robert Rosa — Cattle stealing (3 charges.) Regina v. James Courtney — Maliciously wounding cattle. Regina t. Margaret Patterson and Emily Jane Williams— Arson. r" Regina v. William Rose— Larceny. \ Regina v. Edwin Bennett— Assault, with intent to do grievous bodily harm. \ Regina v. Thomas Bourke and Henry' Beckett— Forgery and uttering. Regina v. James Ashworth— Attempt at arson. Regina v. Gregory Nicholas— Assault, with intent. Regina v. Charles Henry Mathews— Horse stealing. Regina v. Charles Payne— Larceny. Regina v. Wm. Horsfall— Perjury. Regina v. David Adam — Assault, with intent. Regina v. Robert Wiokett— Larceny. Regina v. Walter Neillas — Arson.
