The s.s. Omeo, Capt. Calder, arrived in harbour at one o'clock, with the English mail. The Circular Saw Company's s.s. Phoebe arrived in harbour this morning at 10 o'clock, from Wellington and Northern ports. The Phoebe left Manakau at 3.30 p.m. on the 24th inst., and arrived at Taranaki early on 25th; sailed at 1 p.m. on the same day, and arrived off Nelson at 7 am. on the 26th; left at 4.30 a.m. on the &7th, arriving at Picton at 3 p.m. ; sailed again in half an hour, arriving in Wellington at 9 o'clock on Sunday night ; left for Lyttelton on Tuesday, the 29th at 2.30 p.m., arriving as above. Experienced fine weather down the coast. The Phoebe sailed this afternoon, at 3 o'clock.
