Thb ss. Maori waa signalled when our express left. The barque Joliba cleared the Customs this morning, for Guam, with a full cargo of New Zealand produce.. The s s. Beautiful Star, Captain Christian, arrived in harbour yesterday, at 3 p.m., from Dunedin via intermediate ports, having left Port Chalmers at 8.30 on Monday morning. The Beautiful Star sailed for the North this day. The following are the weights and values of the cargo of the Celoeno, which sailed for London March 23 :— -Wool, 726,797 lbs, £29,039 ; skins, No. 900, £64 ; tallow, 24 tons, 19 cwt, .£SOB ; sundries, 2 cases, £220 ; wheat, 12,914 bushels, £2279 ; oats, 95 bushels, £12 -, butter, 11 cwt 2 qra, £50 ; total, £32,172. The s.s. Wainui, Captain Leys, arrived in harbour yesterday afternoon, from Dunedin, via intermediate ports, having left Port Chalmers on Sunday bast, 20th instant, at noon ; arrived at Oamaru at 7 p.m. same day; left again at 10 30 a.m. on the 21st instant, arriving at Timaru at 7 p.m., on the same day ; discharged cargo, took in full load of wool and left at 8 p.m. on the 22nd, arriving as above ; experienced fine weather throughout the passage.
