THE Proprietors of the Lyltellon Times beg to inform the public that they have made arrangements which will enable them every month to PRESENT SUBSCRIBERS I TO THEIR PAPER with a FREE COPY of the European Mail. It is unnecessary to enlarge upon the merits of the European Mail, as they speak for themselves. Those who have seen the paper agree that it is the most complete and best arranged monthly summary of European news which reaches the Colonies. The first supply of the European Mail intended for the Subscribers to the Ly tie 'ton Times will leave London on December 31. and from that time the European Mail will be regularly delivered with the Times immediately after the arrival of the English Mail.
