I were imposed for breaches of the new city by-laws :— D. M'Guiriess, one horse at large lin Armagh street, ss. John Moorhead, one horse in Latimer Sqare, ss; Chas. Dunford, one horse. tethered on the South town belt, 5o; Matthew Spencer, two .horses at large on the Town belt, 10s. , Fighting in a Railway Carriage. — James Greer and William Rogers admitted having been guilty of this offence on the Great Southern Railway, and were fined 10s each, and costs.
