This Dat. (Before Mr Justice Gresson.) His Honor sat in the Court Chambers at 1 1 o'clock. In Bankruptcy, be henry hobs. Mr Garrick said that, at the meeting of creditors, Mr J. S. Graham, of Dunedin, was appointed trustee. That gentleman had sent a'telegram accepting the office, but there was no acceptance attached to the memorandum. His Honor : Do you apply for an order confirming the appointment of Mr Graham ? Mr Garrick said he would have done so, but for the difficulty which stood in the way. The Registrar said that the memorandum of choice must be signed by all the creditors attending the meeting, and the acceptance by Mr Graham written at the foot of it. His Honor said that, under the circumstances, he would confirm the trustee's appointment upon satisfactory evidence being produced as to his acceptance of the office. RE SAMUEL WILSON. Mr Cottrell applied for an order of adjudication and meeting of creditors. His Honor made the order, fixing the meeting of creditors for Monday, the 1 lth October, at 11 o'clock. BE JPREDK. MASON. The debtor, in person, applied for a similar order, which was made ; creditors to meet on Oct. 11, at one o'clock.
