The quarterly sittings of the Supreme '. Court will be held at the Old Town Hal), on Mpnday next, the Ist March, at 11 .o'clock. The following is a list of cases returned for trial up to the present time : — Regina v. Yates, on inquisition. Begina v. J. B. and A. E. Needham, forgery; five charges. ; tßegina v. Lawrence, indecent assault. Regina v. McDonald, larceny from the .person. ' liegina v. Andrews, obtaining goods by false pretences, 3 charges. Begina v. Challiß, obtaining goods \>y falsu pretences ; two. charges. 'Regina v. George Baxter, obtaining goods by false pretences ; two charges.
