Arbor Day - ' Plans are now being made according to the Minister for internal Affairs (Hon W. E. Parry) to eclipse previous effo ts and arouse even greater enthusiasm than in the past in the observance of Arbor Day this year. The Government in fixing August 2 for the observance oi Arbor Day has taken into consideration the varying climatic conditions in different parts of the Dominion and it is suggesting to local bodies that the day could be observed on a date in August best suited to any particular district.
